'Buy' RIL shares: UBS upgrades stock, says RIL returning to growth phase; check target price - The Financial Express Mukesh Ambani ’s  Reliance Industries  Ltd. ( RIL ) has been upgraded to a ‘Buy’ rating by global brokerage and research firm UBS, from their earlier ‘Neutral’ tag.
