Staying Happy During Corona Times

Very briefly there are 3 lessons to be effective during Corona Times :    1.Trying to help the less fortunate and showing love to the helpless  2.Saying your mantra and remembering God early in the morning and once after sunset  3.Concentrating and focusing on your job and thinking creatively and perfectly . Not just going through the motion and imitating others . These are the key lessons I learnt from Sarvapriyananda who was speaking from New York.

 There are 3 kinds of Gunas  Sattva - that which promotes calmness and serenity  Rajas - that which leads to excitement , agitation and desire for results  Tamas - that which leads to darkness and lethargy  Most of us have all three gunas in us , only that proportion or degree varies  There is nothing to feel sad or complacent about it and one can modify oneself to achieve the desired results .  One more point to be kept in mind is that we should be restless about executing the action well as we have control over the execution but not control over the result .  This applies to organizations and our family lives too , where we are more agitated to get the result we desire ,but hardly exert ourselves to focus on how well we are completing the task .  This small change in mindset can bring about resilience in yourself .
