There are 3 kinds of Gunas
Sattva - that which promotes calmness and serenity
Rajas - that which leads to excitement , agitation and desire for results
Tamas - that which leads to darkness and lethargy
Most of us have all three gunas in us , only that proportion or degree varies
There is nothing to feel sad or complacent about it and one can modify oneself to achieve the desired results .
One more point to be kept in mind is that we should be restless about executing the action well as we have control over the execution but not control over the result .
This applies to organizations and our family lives too , where we are more agitated to get the result we desire ,but hardly exert ourselves to focus on how well we are completing the task .
This small change in mindset can bring about resilience in yourself .
