Hence it's a good idea to take notes during a lecture . *Capture insights by sms or whatsapp to yourself when they come  *Reading  Take a chapter and skim through first two paragraphs and last  Quietly think of the intent of the author and summarize Read entire without underlining  Then underline  Review what you read  *Factual knowledge is knowing about. Performance knowledge is knowing how, sometimes referred to as “know-how.” The terms are roughly equivalent, respectively, to “book smart” and “street smart.” Both factual knowledge and performance contribute to in

Always be an optimistic leader

There is always a tendency to make witty and negative remarks for your team or organization .  Always recommended to talk positively and keep the morale up even if the circumstances are dire .  You will often be proved wrong if you have been optimistic and the project fails . Over the long run people will remember you as a leader who made you feel positive and kept your chin straight .  Always remember this throughout your life

Rule of Six

There are multiple ambitions that we have in a day . We are either scared of noting down the tasks or are too ambitious and fill up the day with multiple tasks and make it nearly impossible to complete the list during the day .  The day is then left incomplete and we feel frustrated at the end of the day as there is a long list of pending tasks . One of the most effective ways of combating such a situation is to not do more than 6 tasks in a day and reviewing the checklist to identify the most important so that we get close to achieving the same and feel satisfied and confident .
