The following 7 activities were practised by Marcus Aurelius and you too could do the same
1.Eliminate external stimuli...find retreat Get away from FB ,
Whatsapp and Twitter . A 5 minute meditation is enough to
ramp up your spirit .
2.Get some physical exercise
3.Review your day ...dont be judgemental. Contemplate in what
areas you could have done better and not lost your cool
A similar situation on another day will be handled better if
you focus on the review .
4.Contemplate your personal role model ( could be multiple)
5.Take a view of yourself from above...look at yourself from a
third party perspective . Consider hopes , fears , views of others
in your city , state , country , continent , globe and then planets
6.Quality family time.No assurance you will see tomorrow.This
is the only thing you have at present . Your children and
partner .
7.Prepare for mornings . Great planning done at night helps
in the mornings. There will be less shocks and a smooth take-
off in the morning
