Kaun Banega Crorepati (Hindi: कौन बनेगा करोड़पति Kaun Banegā Karoṛpati; popularly known as KBC) is an Indian reality/game show based on the UK game show Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? which offers a maximum cash prize of £1 million. The show first aired in 2000 and was hosted by Amitabh Bachchan. This was the first appearance of Bachchan on Indian television. The show was popularly received in India.[1]
On 5 August 2005, the show was restarted after a four-year hiatus, and renamed Kaun Banega Crorepati Dwitiya (Kaun Banega Crorepati the Second, or KBC2) in which the final prize amount was doubled to 2 crore rupees. It was abruptly ended by STAR Plus after the host Amitabh Bachchan fell ill in 2006.[2] Mr Bachchan had shot 61 of the 85 episodes when he fell ill. He announced he would return after he recovered, but when his health prevented him filming the remaining 24 episodes, Star TV took the decision to axe it.

How to Get Rich (Without Getting Lucky) by Naval Ravikant

Naval’s philosophy is not about quick schemes, but building wealth through leverage, self-awareness, and long-term thinking . His ideas were first shared on Twitter and expanded in podcasts and interviews. 💡 Core Principles: 1. Seek Wealth, Not Money or Status Wealth = assets that earn while you sleep (businesses, products, media). Money = a tool for transferring wealth. Status = a zero-sum game (if someone wins, another loses). 🔑 2. Play Long-Term Games with Long-Term People Build relationships with people known for integrity. Reputation compounds like capital. 🛠 3. Learn to Build and Sell “If you can build it, you can create wealth. If you can sell it, you can monetize it.” Learn specific knowledge (unique skills that feel like play to you, but are valuable to others). Combine with accountability , leverage , and judgment . 🧠 4. Arm Yourself with Specific Knowledge Not taught in school, often discovered through curiosity and per...
